What is Gest?
What are mouse gestures? What is Windows Explorer?
You can optionally use the mouse trail - a line to show the path of your cursor when the right mouse button is held, and a small box (called the 'Gesture Box') which appears in the corner of you screen to tell you what gestures Gest has detected.
Gest is easy to set up and control. When you first run it, you will see the settings window for your initial set up. After this, the program will start up silently and not bother you with the window, unless you call it with a keyboard shortcut. Gest is also easy to set to run on startup so you won't have to run it every time you log on.
Gest supports Windows 7, Windows Vista, Windows XP and is also fully compatible with Windows 8. Gest supports the applications Windows Explorer, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, Safari, and Adobe Photoshop.
Where can I get Gest?

Basic and Trial
|You may download Gest for free and use it for a full 60 days before it expires. Then, you can purchase the full copy for just $3.99. If you don't want to spend the money, download the non-expiring 'Gest Basic' which has all the same features from the 2.3.2 version of Gest. This is the same product but it lacks some features like use in web browsers or photoshop - just Windows Explorer and a maximise/restore gesture.||
